Really descent atmosphere and the lattes were delicious. The outdoor seating is a must when the weather’s cooler. The cheesecake was a bit mediocre.

My friend and I got a latté and hot cocoa and got a slice of red velvet and carrot cheesecake. The carrott cheesecake was very nice and very filling! Found it to be more expensive than other cafés, however the service was quick and nice and the ambiance was welcoming also.

During my visit, I was served by a barista who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She almost yelled at my friend and me, as well as other customers, and gave us negative looks that made us feel unwelcome in the coffee shop. Additionally, I witnessed her yelling at a Skip the Dishes worker who was in the wrong place. Instead of informing him that he was in the wrong spot, she almost attacked him. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression on me and those around me.As a loyal customer, it is important to bring this issue to your attention so that it can be addressed and prevented from happening in the future. Please take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that all of your customers are treated with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

This is a great cafe. The ambiance is great and the staff is friendly and attentive. My wife and I came this afternoon and had a drink and snack. The food was delicious, we had the carrot cake cheesecake and loved it. The drinks were tasty. The cafe is clean and well lit. I would definitely recommend coming here as my wife and I really enjoyed the experience. The washroom is clean and had a bidet attachment on the toilet, the first time I have ever seen this in a restaurant washroom.

Just ok. I had a chicken sandwich which I asked to be heated and it came to me cold. Had it been heated I’m not sure it would have been worth the $8. Their mocha and chocolate croissant were great though.

Went in at 8:00 pm ordered a cappuccino and a dessert and my friend had a London fog and a brownie. Our drinks were Luke warm and after she microwaved my dessert it tasted like the microwave. The brownie tasted like it was in the fridge unwrapped for too long .This is the second time here in two years and the first time the food was not good but I thought I would give it another try. I did tell the young lady and she apologized and said next time she could heat the milk hotter.

Great place to meet with friends, small informal meetings, family friendly, or out on a date.A great variety of selection on coffees (regular and decaf), also teas and others cold drinks of your choice!The Deserts are just amazing, hard to choose from! As well as quick bites!Easy access, enough sitting area, nice environment (some tables on a different level - wood stage), nice open look.A few small tables for kids (1 or 2)Lost of parking at from.And, today, I was there, there was a video shouting for a real estate YouTube channel, so this great place is full of surprises, I can be a good place for all creative things!Treat yourself a nice coffee!

I went to Paramo 1 week ago, ordered an XL chai tea latte, waited 18 minutes, went to the counter and produced my receipt, the young lady apologized and said she forgot about the order, I was told by the second worker behind the counter that my drink would be brought to the table, however, the 1st server left it on the counter, I had to get up and collect same, it never crossed their minds to offer a token to make up for the nonsense. I was not impressed. The drink was tasty though. This made up for the unnecessary delay, ✅!
