Class Clown Hamburgers

The decor was fantastic and gave us high hopes for the meal. Unfortunately we left disappointed.The woman server was friendly but the other staff members were a bit sullen and off putting. You would think you would be warm and excited to welcome new customers when you are a brand new business.These burgers have way too much bun. They take up too much room in every bite and the taste is off for a smash burger. The menus talk about how each patty is the perfect mix of brisket and chuck but I wasn’t tasting any of that. The flavours were not horrible, they just didn’t live up to our expectations.The fries tasted like cafeteria fries. If you’re going to hype something up as deluxe, it should taste that way. The Hawkins cheezies didn’t come through at all.The bathroom was filthy. I truly don’t understand how it was that bad.One positive thing I will say is that the veggie burger had a great texture. The flavour was still a bit off for me but I can imagine a lot of vegans would enjoy it.Honestly I hate writing this review cause I wanted to love this place. For me the experience was a 2/5 because something just felt really off about the service and the food was so disappointing. I’m going to give a 3/5 though because I wish them the best and I know it’s tough starting a restaurant. Maybe other people will connect more with their food.

Great vibe, amazing food and awesome friendly service! I ordered the Phil A of Fish, and super fries and both were incredible. Not too greasy, great flavor and the fries were unreal.Can't wait to come back for a beer after work!

Frankly, an automatic re-buy. Incredibly affordable prices, attached to large portion sizes. The freshness of the burgers and fries is outstanding. Service was quick, friendly, and genuine. Atmosphere is appealing and eye catching and reminiscent of 70’s diners.Great, fantastic, other synonym.

This was one of the best burgers I’ve had in awhile. The food was fantastic!! The restaurant had a retro vibe with a horseshoe bar, cozy wood paneling. We will definitely be back!!!

The burgers are top-notch my boys and I tried a couple different types. lots of flavour and the buns are awesome. the cheese whiz sauce on the fries and the chicken sandwich was okay... we aren't fans of cheese whiz in general but the chicken and ham combo was awesome.

Cozy little spot! The 70s/80s décor & ambiance really takes me back, especially the porch door installed at the entrance as well as all the wood paneling in the dining area. Great burgers and crinkle fries, and the Phil A. of Fish was the best; I will definitely be ordering that again! The servers are so friendly; they all seemed genuinely happy to be there.
