We recently had a carpenter ant problem in our garage and called Maximum for help. Their technician Ash was quick to attend. Ash was excellent !Not only did he quickly diagnose the source of our problem, he was able to provide an effective solution to rid ourselves from these pesky creatures. He was both professional and friendly. He also went the extra distance to provide us with many other helpful tips.You are lucky to have him as an employee. A++

Ashe was incredibly helpful! I called and was able to book an inspection the very next day … at no cost! He took a look at our ant problem and was able to tell me right away what we needed to do - and all of his suggestions didn’t involve any additional treatments (that other companies said would cost $600!!). We are so grateful for his honesty and he’ll be the first person we call if we need any assistance with pests in the future. Thank you, Ashe!!

Ash was amazing. Found where the wasps were entering very quickly.It has been a very stressful 2 weeks , I thought we could treat with home remedies and store spray. What a waste of time and money!Highly recommend using Ash - he educated us and provided lots of tips. Not to mention I have been a nervous wreck. I am terrified of wasps.Happy the issue has been addressed and feel confident I can finally get a good sleep.Thanks Ash !!! Also the Lady in the office very kind and squeezed me in today.You guys are the best !!!!

Ash came and inspected our home. He was punctual, respectful and informative. He provided his service immediately and was very thorough in his inspection of our home. He went through the legalities associated with mice removal and the use of correct baits. He followed up with a personal phone call and email. Ash provided an exceptional and honest service. Customer Service A+ We received a courtesy call within the time frame given A+. Our technician Ash did a great job explaining the process and really took his time to treat the issue throughly - fighting the charging wasps like a warrior. Ash provided an awesome service and in this crazy time it was nice to have a fun passionate technician. Ash was very polite and personable we recommend and will use again if needed.

Beyond gold standard... Ash was incredibly thorough detailing each process with us, prior to beginning any applications. We called MAXIMUM, and received an appointment the next day. Ash was extremely knowledgeable, and his work was stellar. Our issue with ants declined rapidly the very next day ..MAXIMUM has already been highly recommended to neighbours...do not hesitate to call this company for absolute results!!!
