Bill Blane Trucking

Watch these guys on the road. Very little respect for other road users. Speeding through small towns (this was in Kintore), turning in front of others, crowding pedestrians and forcing other drivers to avoid them. Terrible.

I love watching Blane aggregate trucks drive through Bryanston 20-30 above the posted speed limit. It really warms my heart how little the drivers care about posted speed limits and communities. I can tell by the amazing condition these trucks are in that they could totally stop on a dime if one of the many children who call Bryanston home ran out. Youde almost think they posted 60km an hour signs at each side of Bryanston. Maybe these signs dont count for Blane trucks. The OPP seem to think so... and so does the MTO enforcement division. My advice would be to slow down... and slow down very soon. I can almost picture the fines mounting. The video tape I showed the enforcement officer today at the Putnam scales made him smile. As he said, a truck that's in that condition is bound to have some things wrong. They said they were coming out to do a blitz. He told me what day, as I gave them written permission to use my property as a staging area. I forget what day... I'm betting the Blane drivers will be able to tell you real soon.
