Janice and her staff are amazing to work with!! I needed help with picking the right lighting for my boutique. They knew exactly what I needed!! It is a pleasure to walk in The Studio it is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Design!!

Tedi was amazing! We were nervous with going with a local company as we thought the prices would be too high for us to afford. We went through our design ideas with Tedi and she was able to help us select fixtures based on our style on budget. We love our light fixtures! Shop local!

My experience with Design Lighting was exceptional. Not only was the team professional and prompt at responding to my needs, they helped me select light fixtures that went perfectly with the design aesthetic of my commercial project. On top of that, the team also helped us lay out a lighting plan for the best overall look and light distribution - something I would have been lost without. I received my order in a very timely fashion and experienced some of the best customer service. Will I use Design Lighting again? Absolutely! They made choosing light fixtures easy and fun! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service! Ordered 3 lights from this store with total price of $1400 on January 17th. All 3 lights were not in stock. Was told all lights would be in by mid May. Received first light in February and were told we would be contacted when others arrive. After waiting until mid April with no updates we contact the store and are told 1 light had arrived but not the third light. We ask when last light will arrive and they have no idea! We decided to pick up the light in stock and cancel the third light and were told we can't! After arriving at store second light is actually not there and they can not provide us with information on the third light even being shipped? I understand that shipping can be tricky right now but after being over a month late with no communication and no idea where the light even is there only solution is they will give us the light that's been constantly on and on display for years at 10% off and refusing to refund the money. I'm surprised this store is still open because there customer service is atrocious! After my husband went in and refused the 2 year old light with no warranty that cost $1300 The snotty manager finally agreed to refund him his money because they couldn't even prove the item had been shipped. Absolutely a joke!

I cannot say enough about what a fantastic experience we had with Design Lighting. While building our house, Tedi went above and beyond, to make sure that we found exactly what we were looking for. Her suggestions were bang on. I had the idea in my head and she would lead me directly to the one"! Should also mention that we continue to get compliments all the time on our lighting and didn't have to pay a ridiculous price for it.Thank you for making this the most non stressful and fun part of our journey!"

Great selection is tempered by the service of this location. The inability of the staff to finish a task they claim to have started is a frustrating waiting game for the customer on the other end. This is further compounded when the customer has to chase after the business to get an answer to their questions. They certainly know about what they have in store, but fail miserably once the product has left the store. If you are going to order something and say you're going to return a phone call, follow through!

Janice and Tedi were a wealth of knowledge. We leaned on them both to help us pick our lights for our new build. Always patient, and so very knowledgeable about what would look good AND the specifications of what the fixtures need. Thank you ladies!

When setting up my spray tan boutique I knew the lighting had to be bright but I really had no idea what type of fixture or bulbs would be the best for the space. Loved working this store and the staff! Looked online at lights, chatted with the staff on the phone and email during Covid19, and simply Paid over the phone. Picked it up at the front of the store today and on my way. :) thanks for the lights!!
