Have used twice, each time shows up with the car smelling like an ash tray. Coughed and dropped half a cigarette on the driver side and nearly hit the car stopping infront of us0/10 beware .The valley taxi services are getting scarce and the ones around aren't very professional.

Called and was told it would be a few minutes, waited over a half hour and no cab. Called back and they wouldn't answer. Never call this company if you need a cab

Called and ordered a cab for pick up in Kingston. Was told they were at Dooley's in Greenwood and would be here in a few minutes. Waited 30 minutes and called again. He said he was in Berwick and had told me to call Village Cab. He absolutely did no such thing! He said he would be here after Dooley's and did not mention anything about Village Cab. Horrible service! Would NEVER call them again. This is the second time we've received terrible service from this outfit. BAD business!!!

Made arrangements this afternoon to be picked this evening and he never showed! I left two voicemails for him to call me back and even waited an additional ten minutes, thought he might be running late, no response! By the time I finally found a cab who answered their phone, I had been in the pouring rain for 40 minutes. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this cab!
