Took my stepson in for a belt buckle and shirt for his birthday. They were so helpful and he tried on 4 shirts which took him a bit. We made our purchase and left after 5 not realizing they closed at 5. Was nice of them to let us finish and not rush us out. Awesome customer service. Will recommend to anyone!

We went in looking for a pair of cowboy boots for one of our children. This store has a wonderful selection. However, the staff could be a bit more customer focused. Since it was her first time trying on new boots our daughter was not sure what she wanted or how to get a good fit. After bringing several pairs the staff seemed like it was a bother to help her any more. We left without making a purchase. We will look somewhere else.

My fiancé and I came down from Edmonton in hopes of finding a western style suit jacket for our wedding and we had great success! I looked a little on the website beforehand and they had some posted that matched what we wanted so I was not expecting the whole wall of jackets when we got there! There was tons of options, almost too many for my partner. We did find a nice suit jacket for him and they also gave us a discount since it was for our wedding, which I thought was super kind! I would definitely come back if we need any more western wear, I wish we had a store like this in Edmonton!

I found the staff very helpful. Morgan asked me what I was looking for, and I gave her a general idea of the clothing I needed. Then she selected a few items, and as I was trying them on she asked how things fit and if I liked them. She brought new items as needed and made the experience very easy and professional.

I was in need of a new pair of boots. I went to two different Lammle’s location and couldn’t find anything and they were not helpful at all. left with out buying anything. My husband and I walked into Wei’s (it’s way bigger then it looks from the outside, huge selection) were greeted, took me to the boots told me what boots would be in my size and to start picking and they’d start pulling. They were incredible. You should have seen the pile of boots we had going on. My husband ended up even getting a pair! My husband’s exact words “they were really nice and I don’t even like people”. Highly recommended this store and Amanda and Morgan! Will definitely make the drive and be back.
