I love this place!They have big selections of BBT that whole family can enjoy with croffle and egg waffle which we love! I like how they have desserts to enjoy together and they are yummy.By the way servers were so kind.I always passed by here because I didn't know where to park but it's just right behind the building.We visited again today and guess what! we got red pocket for Luna New Year.Update: they now have gold pearls which seems little more softer and sweeter~

Recently opened new bubble tea shop. Drinks were well made and they have the bubble waffles with ice cream which was really tasty. The interior feels really modern and clean compared to neighbouring tea shops. Will visit again!

Gong Cha delivery was trash… Their bag packaging was just WIDE OPEN. No tape to secure the food. Bubble waffle was left out in the open and came cold and hard. Also has a weird aftertaste. Bubble tea also came in different toppings that we didn’t order. Overall just bad.

One of prettiest bubble tea spots I’ve ever seen! Very clean, and beautiful aesthetic.Our drinks took a bit long, but the staff were nice.I always get the Brown Sugar Coconut Milk Tea from any Gong Cha location.Will definitely be back!

the interior design is fancy as hell! i love it. staff were very friendly and hospitable, the only problem is that the exterior blocks off two much or lack decoration to attract more customers. i'd totally bring my friends here if i lived nearby though because i'm the kinda guy who are attracted to uncrowded places.

Another great bubble tea spot that just opened in Richmond Hill! There’s a few parking spots behind the condo. You must try croffles, they were absolutely delightful! Will come again to try more things on the menu. Hopefully, the ice cream will be available then!

This place recently opened up and we are so impressed. Absolutely love each of the bubble teas we have tried so far and have yet to try the desserts options! The place is decorated very nicely and the staff are very friendly. Definitely leave a tip when you go because they have the cutest tip jar in the world!!
