Awesome highlights and fantastic cut. Love my hair, Thank You Darla, once again you have exceeded my expectation! It is so nice to have a hairstylist you can trust, I know you take so much pride in your work and you are so much a perfectionist. It is a pleasure to sit in your chair, I always enjoy our conversations, Your the Best!!!

My mother went there to get her hair layered and cut. When she asked to get her hair layered her Stylist Norma refused telling her”you’ll look like a Christmas tree” and only trimmed back her hair and curled it. I took my mom the next day to a Different salon and they layered her hair beautifully and made her feel much better. Not sure what kind of hair industry tells their clients they’re gonna look like Christmas trees but maybe some customer service training for Norma may go a long way. Very disappointed and Will not be wasting anymore money here.

I am a regular customer service amazing friendly and professional lots of experience.I have never been disappointed.Will continue to go to these nice ladies.

I got my hair cut here a few days ago and Marina did such an amazing job! She was also happy to cut it in a ponytail for donation. I'll definitely be coming again

Long wait times for a haircut (1 1/2 to 2 hours). Understaffed, 8 chairs and only 2 people working. Frequently leaving cutting your hair to deal with customers at front counter. The woman that cut my hair needs to brush up on her people skills.What's the point of offering a service if you can't staff it properly? Many people simply walked away when they were told how long the wait time would be... It's not like they seem busy either, there was no one else in the shop.We wont be back, there are lots of other places to get your hair cut.

Me and husband bought hair products at the store from their sale racks we left the store without checking the receipt. I was putting stuff away then I've noticed that the leave in conditioner I bought is priced for $17 and I was charged for $21.75 we are not from town so I didn't make it back that day. I went to the store 2days later but the lady said she can't do anything anymore cause the till is closed cause it's 4:30pm already so she asked me to come back on certain days when the manager is around so I did and I explained to her what happened and I am in shocked that she can't do anything about it. She said that it's a wrong tag on the bottle and on their system it's $21.75 already. So I ended up going home without my refund which is their screw up.

I had a wonderful lady named Marie that cut my hair for the second time. I decided to go much shorter this time(I needed a change) I absolutely love it and it’s so cute!! I have found my new go-to hairdresser and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a hairdresser!! Thank you Marie!!

Absolutely amazing experience at this salon. We came in after my daughter had her braces put on feeling not so pretty and they pampered her to the max. Beautiful funky new hair style and fancy new hair brush, big smiles coming from my daughter. Amazing work done on my already over processed mess of hair fixed my damage and made me look great. Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!!! Trish and Darla are amazing!!!!!
