Always good quality food. Fruits and vegetables are super fresh. Good deals on meat products. Only place that has brand of soy milk my wife likes and desserts are tasty. Workers are super nice and helpful.

great customer service and tidy and clean! I love the store. price is very competitive too! veggies and fruits are fresh too! I'm also very happy that finally there is a grocery store in walking distance area!!**updateI tried their food, 10.99 for 2 choice of food, one egg and green leaves.Only half filled in the box and the box is not water proof so leaking in the bag. I felt it’s very expensive compare to the amount I got. Other places they fill up to the top.**updateCame back and they made new plate filled with food. Great service, organic eggs are cheaper then other store too. I always buy eggs here :)

Love this place!! I've been shopping here since they open. It's smaller and more organized then T&T or Foody World and it is not as cramped. They also have a lot more organic foods that you don't find in the other Asian grocery stores. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I stopped going to T&T anyone after I found this store. Things may be a little more expensive than T&T but the quality is always the best no matter it’s vegetables, fruit, seafood, snacks or prepped meal. Worth every penny

Produce is much better here compared to T&T. This is the place where I get my fresh veggies and fruit, and some prepped food. Their weekly items on sale are usually an awesome deal.

The store is spacious and clean. We went on a weekday so there weren't many people around. The store is a little out of the way from many of the other stores in Richmond. They have free parking, working wifi, and accept credit cards. When I went the bathroom was dirty. Hopefully they have someone clean it better and more frequently

I live nearby to this place. I just want to grab a drink before they close. I am pretty sure when I step in the store it sill before 10, but there was an employee who yell at me we are close at 10" She looks very hostile and unwelcoming

Went for the first time the other day, I was pleasantly surprised! Not too expensive from what I saw, and if I had to give a comparison, I'd say it's like an Asian version of Trader Joe's! They've got some private-label brands with having this sort of small, local market feeling. I don't believe their bakery items are baked in-store, but they were still delicious, as with almost any Chinese bakery.

Very clean and tidy store. The layout is exactly like trader joe's in the states. Everything is well stocked. They also have their own brand of groceries and pastries. Overall the experience is good, the price is very competitive.
