Unbeatable prices, great customer service and great products Got a full set (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer) and I did not regret one bit. Delivery was very good and the delivery staff were extremely polite and fun. Really recommend!

I was looking for an LG refrigerator that was out of stock in almost all stores and would be delivered at least a month from now in Calgary. I then found Canadian Appliance Source's website, and they were the only store to the LG fridge in stock and available for delivery within 2 days. I called the store to confirm if that information was true and the salesperson on the other end of the phone was very helpful and even offered to waive some fees for a discount. I went in person to check out the fridge, and the purchase process was smooth, and the salesperson was very helpful. The fridge was delivered 2 days later in the time window they gave us and the delivery was very good and the deliverers were careful and very professional and even offered to move our stove back in place after removing it to be able to put the fridge in place. I had an excellent experience with Canadian Appliance Source, and I would strongly recommend choosing them for any appliances needed.

Was looking for a beverage center to replace our old wine fridge. CAS had the one we were looking for at $40.00 cheaper than all other stores. Great service and friendly staff. Very happy with the fridge so far.

Very helpful sales staff, efficient delivery. Only comment is the video indicated the item is unpacked for you but our dishwasher was not included in that. Hard to inspect it upon delivery when’s it’s still in the crate. Would definitely recommend this company though even for long distance purchases. We have had one pick up and one delivery. Both went smoothly.

After doing extensive research online and not finding one that could be delivered soon (mine was unusable), I found what I was looking for at CAS for an extremely competitive price. Best of all, they could deliver it in two days! I was thrilled.The delivery service keeps you updated and messages fifteen minutes prior to arrival. They were great; friendly and efficient. I was purchasing a washer, dryer and dishwasher for a rental property. The person that I dealt with understood that I was in a hurry and was more or less indifferent to what I was getting, but had specific requirements for height and width. He made the process. Simple showed me the options quickly. We were able to get to a fair price fast and I was able to move on with my day. It was an ideal experience.The delivery was extremely smooth as well. From the email the day before as well as text message as well as the update from the drivers when they were 15 minutes away allowed me the opportunity to schedule my day without having to wait around.Delivery drivers were careful as they brought the appliances in and communicated effectively through some tight spaces.When the packaging was open there was slight damage to the unit itself, and working with the store. We were able to negotiate a fair discount quickly without wasting a bunch of time going back and forth.Overall, I would highly recommend Canadian appliance source, as they made replacing my washer, dryer and dishwasher Extremely seamless and highly respected my time throughout the process

I was worried about some of the bad reviews, but wow, best sales and delivery service I’ve experienced in Canada so far- and I’ve bought a ton of appliances from all the big box stores, with some nightmare experiences. I made the wrong order for a fridge and canceled it without issues through the sales rep one day before delivery, no questions asked. After making the correct order a massive fridge was then delivered on time and up a tricky and very narrow flight of stairs. The delivery guys were extremely professional and careful with the stairs and walls. It was perfect.

Excellent experience starting from my search on CAS website. I found exactly what I wanted at the best price compared to every other retailer in Calgary. I went into the showroom and made my purchase in less than 30 minutes. Delivery was the NEXT DAY and I could track my delivery. The delivery staff were awesome. Fast and super pleasant to deal with.

Appliances arrived perfect condition, the courteous delivery men were very excellent, lifted appliances and did not leave any marks on our hardwood floors.
