Terrible service and timing, my pool was left in a mess and I could not use it and Waterside just never came back to get my pool up and running I finally, after many unanswered call, got another company and they were excellent. The boss was all talk to get me out of the office...broken promises but lots of charges!!! I feel really sorry for the staff

Paul and his team although incredibly busy, gave us exactly what we wanted and always ensured our questions are concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Many of these pool companies will gladly take your money and then ghost you. That is not the case here. Highly recommend this company for your pool needs around the CBRM.

I can't say enough about Paul and the staff at Waterside Pools. We have been working with Paul since he installed our pool in 2005 and have always had the best service. When it came time to get a hot tub, Waterside was our obvious choice. They were always good to communicate on the status of our hot tub while we were waiting for it to come in. When it arrived, the team came and set it up very quickly and efficiently and their instructions on how to use and maintain it were clear. They are always a phone call or message away when I have a question. I would highly recommend Waterside.

I spent $300 over 3 weeks and multiple visits to a competitor for chemicals that didn't turn my (new-to-me) pool blue. Then I called Waterside, brought in my sample and, with their advice, had blue water 36 hours later.

Best swimming pool shop in town! These guys are incredibly helpful and kind. Paul will remember your name every time you walk through the door! They sell & build incredible custom pools - all really high quality stuff! Really happy with the service we get every time!
