Under Armour Factory House

I rarely write reviews on Google but this one deserves it. I mean seriously, one of the best factory outlets of any sports brand I've ever visited.Firstly, they have a great collection - everything from shoes, thermal leggings, tees, shorts, everything - they have it all.Secondly, they had really good deals on almost everything - 50% for a lot of the stuff, 30% and 20% on others. There was rarely something that I liked which was not on a good discount.Also, the staff is extremely friendly and really takes care of you - they follow all Covid protocols. They even disinfected my trial room every single time I went in and came out.The Nike store is right next door, but this one is far far better in my opinion. Definitely worth the visit - go check them out. I will be going again!

I bought my first running shoes, and a sackpack online from them. Was delivered before I even realized and the quality is up there.

The lady manager who was working today there is an angry thief.Yesterday I purchased 2 items on their buy one get one free promotion. I couldn't try them out as the rooms were closed.I show up today to exchange one of the items that was 5$ cheaper than the original one purchased yesterday. She didn't want to refund my 5$ and told me that if the item would have been 5$ more expensive I would have had to pay the difference but since the item is 5$ cheaper she is going to give it to me at the same price without refunding me.I told her that she owes me 5$ as it is cheaper she said no and left me with the cashier who seemed to understand the situation but couldn't do anything.I asked for a full refund and left.

We met with sales person . His name was David , he was helpful and selected shoes for my family. I appreciate him and his hard work.

The person who was regulating the number of customers permitted in store told us before entry that everything is 50% off and 14 days return policy.I was so confused by how he was advertising the discounted price but in truth nothing was indeed 50% off. We only found out while we were paying for the merchandises.Very unlikely that I misheard what he claimed, as I was not the only person who understood his claim.If the price mark on products are in fact the correct price tag, then, he should not need to emphasise 50%off". I would just approach it as it is but that I would get a discount when I pay.Nice quality garments but wrongly advertising for discounted price tags."
