Amazing customer service. Called because my engine was overheating and they took me in right away, quickly identified the problem and solved it in 10 minutes. All I needed was to get my coolant filled. Man at front desk was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns in a positive manner. Absolutely above and beyond service! 100% recommend!!

Been going to Richmond Auto care for years. Will always go to them for any car make or model. They are the most honest and straightforward mechanics. They tell you what's wrong, give you options and look for cost effective options. The one big thing for me is, they are always thinking about your safety (can you drive the vehicle, is it safe to drive, how can they make the experience better for you). It is human kindness and community caring that sets them apart. You feel truly part of their family as a customer. I can only say good things about them!!!

I 100% recommend this garage! The staff is trustworthy, efficient, and honest. As a student, I really appreciate their prices to!! They’ve fixed my exhaust several times (rust induced) and it always runs perfectly afterwards so big thanks to them.

First time great friendly service, thought i needed a rad turns out it was the water pump.Second time booked two weeks in advance for a brake job and drop my vehicle off in the morning, left it there all day just for them to look at my vehicle and that they couldnt do it that day.the lady on the phone was very nice,not her fault.most likely wont be returning.

Very disappointed with the service I received recently. I dropped off my car Monday morning and was told there were no appointments but they would try to squeeze me in. I called in about 6 times over the next 4 days and was continually told we haven't looked at it but will try tomorrow.Not once did I get a phone call with an update. Lady at the desk is a not a people person.I asked Wednesday if I should make an appt she said no, we'll make yours a priority on Thursday. Thursday afternoon I call and they still haven't looked at. When I finally say never mind I'm coming to pickup my vehicle she simply says ok.No apology, no explanation. I get they were busy but why not tell me on Mon/Tues they couldn't do it until the week after? I had to borrow a vehicle and wasted a week trying to get mine fixed. What a waste of time.I've used this garage many times before and have had no problem with their work.I won't be back.

I do some work on my cars. When it's something that either I don't want to do or can't do, this is where I take my cars. You won't be disappointed with them.
