Sole Clean - CLEANING BY APT. ONLY

The other night I went to the club and went to the washroom to take a leak and unfortunately it went all over my new shoes so I heard from a friend the only way to clean my shoe was a place called Sole clean. I went to the college location in hopes up of it being them being restored. I dropped them off to met friendly staff and they told me not to worry they can fix it. A few days later go back I come back and they look brand new I couldn’t believe it. They actually restored my shoe and now I can be happy to wear for the upcoming spring summer

I actually purchased supplies to restore a vintage Gucci bag I inherited. I purchased the Angelus Brand deglazer, black paint, matte finisher, a conditioner and mink oil spray. It turned out great - just followed a YouTube video. I’ve never restored any leather before but it was easy enough. I was putting items in through Amazon and realized half way through I should try and support local/smaller companies instead. Prices were actually cheaper and the order came to Winnipeg within 4 days, free shipping. No complaints! Pictures attached for amateur repair before & after.

They went above and beyond to fix my error on an order. Definitely a legitimate company who if you’re considering ordering products from you should. Delivery was fast and while I say communicator isn’t super flowing their customer service, product, price and delivery speed it. Would absolutely recommend.

Brought in Airforces with black marks on them. I was helped by Christian and he was able to remove the scuffs and make the shoes look brand new. He also made the bottoms spotless. The cleaning process and service at this location was very professional, highly recommend to anybody.

Contacted the shop right as they opened as was able to receive my shoes back before 5pm same day- despite the fact that they were quite busy. I appreciate the attention to detail and the careful consideration when ensuring I was happy with the final product. You saved my Chanel’s and I will definitely be back. I was a repeat customer of Sole Clean until recently, as my last experience with the store left me yearning for other options.They have niche shoe products that are hard to get convieniently in Ontario/Canada, hence the higher price tag that I was willing to pay. However, in my recent order, I received a defective product with which I reached out with multiple phone calls and e-mails without any response. Although the item was insignificant, the lack of communication and professionalism/customer service, has really left a sour taste in my mouth. If the company is not willing to acknowledge or respond to my inquiries about a small defective item, I would hate to deal with them with regards to an item with higher value.Based on a quick search of the reviews, it really looks like they have let things slide significantly in their business model.

Ordered laces, socks and crease protectors for my daughter. The order got to us quickly and with some surprise stickers. Satisfied with everything so far.

I ordered some products online to help me rejuvenate my shoes for upcoming summer. The delivery of the products were fast and as described and they were delivered the next day. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.
