Far from accommodating. Service staff on phones have zero clue. They want to book you a week and a half out for a job that requires 10 mins of time and a specialty puller.I wanted to drop a disassembled clutch off to have the roller pins pulled from an X3. Girl on phone had no idea what I was talking about. And only offered a time to drop the machine off a week and a half out.Pathetic. Will definitely go elsewhere to another shop who is a little more accommodating.

Henry and the Team at Team Vincent went way above and beyond !!!Up graded my Ryker to a 2018 RT LTD. Pick up date was coincidentally to be on my birthday.When a part was needed but wasn't going to be in in time it didn't look like it was going to happen. Once my wife told them it would be my birthday they made it happen by getting the part from another bike.These guys know customer service. They made this an amazing day.We love our new Spyder and know that Team Vincent will be there to support us and make owning it a great pleasure.Thank you so much !Greatly appreciated !Henry and Linda .

in my experience the technicians will pad the bills with extra labour. account for twice the time spent on each item. they could improve with better contact with their patrons. the sticker shock shouldnt happen when you’re handed the invoice, heads up before the work is done would be niceedit: the team is not interested in rectifying the situation and has decided to deny service of any kind unless this review is taken down.

I don't have much to say for this place. We took our Can-Am Renegade, to get it serviced. It took 5 weeks and still didn't have the work done to it.When we wanted to purchase a new atv we had to order it. $500 down deposit, to go toward the machine when it came in. They didn't order it, kept giving us the run around. Telling us they don't have information on when it would be coming. We checked out other dealerships and they had an the atv in stock that we could see in person. We asked them what happens when they don't fulfill their end of the deal when it comes to ordering a machine and the customer puts $500 down, they said they would refund the deposit. Even though it was a non-refundable deposit. She told us they have never refused to give a deposit back if they don't fulfill their end of the deal. Team Vincent refuses to give us our deposit back. It's been 4 months and they say they still don't know when our machine will be in, meanwhile all other Can-Am dealships have had the atv and are ordering more. Team Vincent just doesn't want to be honest and tell us they don't want to order until they have more then 1 person order said atv. It doesn't matter if a customer is paying $10 or $10,000+ they should all be treated the same. That's what great customer service does, this place does not. They told us to contact Can-Am, Can-Am told us to contact the dealship. Right there shows you that team vicent is dishonest and will just take your money. We have the said atv in our driveway now, and no thanks to Team Vincent. We went elsewhere. Shame on you.

We just purchased a 2023 Sea-Doo 21', 230hp Switch Cruise pontoon boat from Team Vincent. Andrew, our sales associate, worked with us throughout the process and made it a wonderful experience. Even though there was a delay of our Switch delivery from BRP (which was beyond Team Vincent's control) Andrew worked with us to find the best solution in a timely manner.We live in Oakville, ON and because of their level of service and sincere commitment to their customers, we choose to purchase our Sea-Doo Switch from Team Vincent in Ayr, ON, which is 1.5 hours away.Thanks to Andrew and Team Vincent we are enjoying life on the water!

I loved this dealer!! I talked nothing but good things about them, I have TVM stickers all over everything. They are my local dealership and always supported them for that reason until today. Parts manager has no interest in making customers happy.. right there I made my decision to take my business elsewhere.I was looking forward to hearing back from you at least 3 business days ago.. not sure what happened on your end.
