FIX AUTO CHARLOTTETOWN

Was so upset when my baby (Mustang)got hit by a runaway scooter took to fix auto fixed dents and painted side of car. Car looks like new very happy with the work and how fast it was repaired.when I picked up car they even cleaned it! Mr Gaudet was so kind and helpful would recommend this place to everybody.

I recently contacted Fix Auto about a dent on my door. It was an out of pocket fix (no insurance involved) and David reached out to me to set up an in person estimate. I set up my appointment for repair at the time of the estimate because cost was reasonable and David was very professional and friendly. I just got my car home from the repair and I am BEYOND HAPPY. The repair was well done and the door looks fantastic. They even touched up a few very small scratches on the same door as the dent which made me very happy. But what absolutely blew me away was that they had cleaned the inside of my car. This was an added touch that I was not expecting but I was so happy that they took the time to do so. I highly recommend David and his team. They did an excellent job and, although I hope I won’t have the need to go back for any more repairs, I would go back to fix auto in an instant. Thank you guys for your great work!

I was referred to Fix Auto through my car insurance after damage that happened to my car during Hurricane Fiona. At the time, and as other recent reviews reflect, the shop had a sudden and large influx of business from Fiona damage. The staff was overwhelmed and had some initial issues with communication & perhaps scheduling, but were always very friendly and worked with me to get things resolved. In the end, my car was repaired and clean when it was returned to me. The staff and manager were very kind and transparent when it came to extended wait times due to their volume of work. Everyone has a right to their opinion based on service received, but I think we should support our local businesses (and especially skilled trades) during times when we need them the most! Thanks to Fix Auto for stepping up by taking on all these repairs for islanders.

Friendly professional service at a reasonable price. The estimate was also exactly what I paid a few months down the road, which is always nice. All I needed was a door hinge replaced, so I can't speak to their more intensive work. But my experience was fine.

Previously had a good experience with fix auto. Then a horrible experience - the main issue has been communication. I understand they’re busy but it has been way too hard to get them to answer. Don’t recommend.

I was recommended by a friend and it was probably the best service in town! I can’t believe how fast Dave and his entire staff helped fixed my car ( even after the storm and the parking lot was full). They called me back within 2 hours, awesome again and all fixed. Please see my photo!!

I was referred to fix auto through an insurance company as a preferred provider. It ended up to be a terrible experience.My vehicle was in for a new door. Got a call that the work was complete. When I picked it up, the door wouldn’t latch and none of the electronics worked anymore. Turned around to take it back. The manager accused me of lying when I said a window motor operated prior to accident. Then they slammed the door a couple of times so it would latch but it is still loose. As for the electronics, the manager said I could pick up a handful of extra parts that they didn’t know how to install which are required for operation.Long story short, there’s so many better places to take your vehicle. I wouldn’t waste your time with this franchise.

Would highly recommend this place if you need any repair work or got into some accident.Met an accident, insurance company referred this place and they returned my car in a better condition than it was, even before the accident.David and Katherine, really good and friendly and also thanks to all the team who works there. Happy to have my Car good and running back again.
