The worst internet provider. Only 3-8 mbps speed for an insane price. O-net has 60+ mbps and im not close to O-net at my dads. Telus scammed my grandparents. It cant even run 2 devices at once without one disconnecting. Cant even watch YouTube without it pausing every 5 minutes to buffer. This is a complaint and i dont care if you find this annoying or not but they cant be scamming old people for slow internet. They lied to us about an upgrade to 10mbps and never called us about it. They’re only good for data plans
