Made to wear a mask even though other businesses other then Dr's and dentist only require it. Love my cut hair dresser did a great job and was friendly. But because of the mask thing won't be back

Staff is very nice and very caring people. I really loved talking to them. Service is good. But I am disappointed with the tools/ products being used. I went for a blow dry and curling. They seem to not have a good quality professional blow drier. The end result was like doing a blow dry at home. The curls didn't stay even for one hour. My hair after 2 hours doesnt look like i have done something at a professional place.My hair looks super dry and dsmaged . I could have done better at home.

I've been getting my hair done by Kate for years now, and I wouldn't trade her for the world!! I love everything she does to my hair. I've never been disappointed with their sevices they really are fantastic!

Not happy with the end result at all. The lady used machine even for the top. I was shy not to complain in the store, hence complaining here.

It was my first time here, always wanted to check it out. Very pleased with what I got. Willing to pay the price for a good job.

They did a good job with the hair cut however they still require customers to wear masks 3 years later.

I have been going to this salon for around > 7 years because they are fantastic! I always see Tiffany but have had Kate do my hair as well when I first began going there. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, great atmosphere. I brought my sister here who is from Texas who had damaged hair and bad colour - what a transformation! She loved it and said it was the best she has had in a very long time. She is planning on getting her hair done here every time she's in Canada and will get it done again right before leaving to the U.S. I have since moved to Embrun, On and I still travel to this salon for my hair, I will not change! Just a point - any stylist you go to is great here, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely incredible!! The pricing is great for the amazing service that is offered. I will definitely be back for my next hair cut. Kate listened and provided suggestions that resulted in the best cut I've had in years. So many people have commented on it already. I will never go anywhere else! Awesome customer service and care.Edit: for the record, still 5 stars in 2019! I've had multiple stylists now and they have all been amazing. I also wanted to mention that I would pay their prices for the wonderful head massage alone!!

My wife had shown a picture of herself and simply asked to get the same haircut for the weeding. The result is so far off that it will need to be redone, but the hairdresser removed a few inches at the back, so the overall look will not even possible anymore. Very displeased with the results.

My first time coming to this salon by seeing reviews here and it’s worth it.I can’t express how happy I am with haircut. These guys are awesome. They did somemiracle and changed my look. Thank you so much Kate :) I think her name was Kate. she was super!
