The food is fine but the service is terrible. If you go through the drive thru, your order will be wrong. If you order via Uber/Skip, your order will be wrong. If you go inside, you'll wait 25 mins to get your food, while the employees just stand around looking lost. I don't know if it's large turnover, lack of training or what, but even though we like Wendy's we avoid this one because of the constant problems.

Placed order on mobile app 10 minutes before showing up. Waited 4 cars in drive thru to notify im here. Got to pick up window and they told me there is no order. Then magically it showed up and i had to wait parked for another 10-15 minutes to then get soggy food and undrinkable coke zero i ended up dumping. Horrible! Never going back! They offered no compensation nor apologized

If you’re looking for a true test of patience and want to experience the poorest run fast food restaurant in the area? This is the spot for you.Placed an online order for pickup tonight, was assured by t would be ready in 20, so we arrived in 30… to nothing ready.While 1 staff member prepared the works, 3 others stood and watched. Don’t know how the lone worker didn’t punch the others.Tried to give us an incomplete order 3 times. Finally get our order, 40mins later and it was, guess what… INCOMPLETE.

Quite possibly the absolute worst Wendy's I've had. Fries are cold and soggy, chicken sandwich was horrendous, was probably fried 5 days ago and left in the heating tray to depress. Wendy's is not what it used to be, we took a few bites and threw out everything.

Terrible service, 4-5 employees just standing around I get a cold burger ask for another one that is warm and they gave me the same cold burger. All of them walking around not one could get on the grill. I would wish ownership would look at the cameras and see what there employees are up too because it isn’t much.

I enjoy going with my son as a treat. Young staff and always super polite and hardworking despite the times they are short staffed. I remember being that age (younger) and working in customer service. It is not easy. The taste is good for fast food. Sometimes the wait is a little long but I think many of the workers are doing their best to cover not enough staff. Price is good for fast food as well.

Disrespectful staf, playing hide and seek with the customers. Burgers look like they got shot from a bazooka into the wrapper. If you go there you lose money because they always forget items" not even open for 2 years and it stinks in there. The overall experience is the same as getting bullied in a prison cafeteria by young people who think that since Wendy's is disrespectful on Twitter they can do the same to costumers. I'm happy that the owner can afford a Mercedes but not afford to run a proper fast food chain restaurant. The bar was pretty low already but he has proven that it can never be low enough. Congratulations you have failed disrespectfully."

Extremley slow service & none of the employees seem to care. The girl preparing my salad & husband's burger didn't add all the ingredients. Not worth it for fast food" especially not the price."
