If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I was looking forward to a special stay in this beautiful, highly reputable facility. I’m just not understanding where the customer service fits in.I have tried for 3 weeks to book spa services and it was almost impossible to get communication with the spa. I was rushed off the phone. We shuffled back and forth with a few unproductive emails. And still no services booked.I wrote to the hotels coordinator and they reached out to fix the problem. Still nothing booked. We went to the restaurant for what we were hoping would be a great birthday dinner. Food was ok but over priced for the quality. They served us a cast iron skillet cookie that was cold. They didn’t even fake it with the microwave. The ice cream didn’t even melt on the cookie. The cast iron was cold. Like it had just come from the fridge.I got a check in text this morning asking how my stay has been. I was met with an underwhelming response.I feel like if people are taking time to vacation at your facility, spending money, trying to enjoy a special occasion, the minimum expectation is friendly attentive staff.

This resort caters to business and groups, maybe. As we were staying as one couple on a busy holiday, we might as well have been ignored. Rooms were clean, pool is nice and the property and surrounding area are beautiful. Management wastes no money on training planning or repairs. The staff is very friendly but have little resource to provide. 1.5 hours to wait for seating without warning restaurant reservations are needed prior to check in. We had to drive 30 minutes to get food. VERY POOR PLANNING BY MANAGEMENT.

Wonderful relaxing resort in a beautiful nature setting. Newly renovated spacious waterview balcony rooms with fluffy bath towels, soft, cozy bed sheets and Keurig coffee maker. The resort has lots of amenities (heated pool, gym classes, bar/ restaurant, lounges with fireplaces, pool table, bikes.) Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. We loved sitting at the fire pits in the evening, roasting s’mores and chatting with other guests. Highly recommended.

Basically, it's a really good couples retreat. But there is room for kids. As has pool, pickle ball courts. Restaurant bar. Access to beach. And great views of Canada border.

The room was very comfy and the bed. We were a big group of 30+ people, some got great room price at $150 mine was doublr that price for some reason due to credit card promo... it was my bad for not doing research. This review is only for the hotel and amenities and they were very good, we played pickle ball , swam and the spa were all great.

The location is amazing, right on the beach. The amenities offered are exceptional with the resort fee-bicycles, movie theater, pool, weight room, beach games and bonfires with provided s’mores kits. The property is outdated and while they have partially updated it could use some more. The pool closes at 8pm for families so with the 4pm check in time there is hardly enough time to get to enjoy it after riding bikes and eating dinner before it closes.Overall it’s a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay.

What a fantastic place for a conference! The rooms were great and many had access to daylight! Our group numbered over 200 and everyone who worked there gave 110% to ensure we enjoyed our event!Lots to see and an amazing beach, eagles and fire pits to unwind from the day.

Very relaxing. Restaurant on site was really good for dinner! Best fish and chips ever. Large portions great service. Breakfast not so great, biscuits and gravy very salty.......only toast was sourdough, great for me but not my kid.Spa was great, was booked but contacted us twice when cancellations came up so we could get in. My massage was heavenly and wife's facial made a noticeable difference. To call the pool heated however is far from accurate. It was absolutely COLD! Very disappointing for my daughter but her and her friend sucked it up for a little bit.Price of the rooms did not fit the quality of them, price was very high for what was provided.

TreatReally a great experience. The spa area is worthy of the trip in itself. Steam rooms and pool and massage. Worth the visit 4 sure. We ate at packers after and it was overpriced as always. I still haven't found a dish that I would order again. The staff was nice. We keep going back!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this resort. The location was remote and inconvenient, and the amenities did not match the high rates they charged. The resort claimed to be a three-star establishment, but I found it to be subpar in every aspect. I wonder how they received so many positive reviews, unless they were offered some incentives or discounts.
