In the summer of 2020, I found myself in need of a lawyer. I was fortunate to have found Phil Dwyer. Now in 2022, we have completed our dealings & I have had a chance to review the 18 months of work Phil & his assistant did for me.It was a difficult time in my life & I am a novice at legal proceedings. Phil is one of the most talented lawyers I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Terrible lawyer. Gave us the worst advice which lead to signing a consent order that he advised would be easy to change. WRONG. $80,000 later we finally got that consent order changed. A consent order that is so far from the precedent it’s unbelievable he would recommend anyone to sign it. As soon as my partner signed the consent order Phil dropped him as a lawyer. Now we’ve come to find out he’s good friends with the opposing council. What a fraud this guy is. There is so much better out there.
