B+S afforded me the opportunity for a fresh start with my finances. Customer service was excellent, right from the first telephone conversation with Gauri, who was extremely helpful and understanding through the process. Many thanks to Gauri and the entire B+S team.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting help from Farah and Peter. They are both so incredibly knowledgeable, professional and so helpful. Farah was so fantastic with helping get everything set up and helping me figure out what option was best for my situation. She was kind and friendly and all around pleasant. Peter was beyond amazing with explaining in detail the process I’d be going through and easing my nerves about this situation. He was understanding and I was not once made to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about a generally uncomfortable thing. He was personable, funny and had a wonderful personality. You’re really lucky if you get the chance to have either of them help you.

This is my third attempt in seeking help for my financial issues. Bassel K. Of Bromwich & Smith is so helpful, he called back when my daughter would be able to talk to him and hear what his plan of action was to be. He talked, she listened and agreed with him that this was my only way to get out of my financial debt I was in! I am happy now!

I was very embarrassed and ashamed of the position I had gotten myself into. It was hard to reach out to Bromwich+Smith and I put it off several times. I recently found myself with unmanageable debt with no idea on how I would pay this off, especially with the high interest rate that I had to pay towards this debt. I spoke to a wonderful man, Shawn Hyer. Shawn was incredible. He took all my information over the phone, I had to send him all requested documents while we working on my debt solution. I felt so ashamed as I have had impeccable credit my entire life.Shawn walked me step by step through everything. He did not judge me at all. In fact I could hear the happiness in his voice when I began to feel my stress level going down. Shawn was very professional and so incredibly compassionate. The hour or so I spent on the phone with Shawn was so well worth it. My debt is being lowered with a very manageable monthly payment. This also means I will have no more interest to pay on my debt.I highly recommend contacting Bromwich and Smith to look into assistance with unmanageable debt.
