TERRIBLE customer service. I was given a hard time when simply asking for a price on a water heater. Made a call on behalf of my contractor in order to speed things up a little..and the ass that answered the phone was rude simply because I wasn't the person with a gas licence. Told me to go to Home Depot if I wanted a water heater. I think I'll by all of my plumbing & heating supplies elsewhere from now on!

Very very terrible and extremely rude customer service by the guy named Garry. He needs to get some basic knowledge of customer service as he has zero knowledge of dealing with customers.When hiring employees company like these should look for people who are friendly, solution oriented and have manners.Been a loyal customer for years and years and this will be my last visit.Never ever returning back.A business's reputation for quality products, services, and professionalism is something that takes years to establish, but one bad employee can derail all of this hard work.

Gary is the best!!! As a gas-guy, sometimes I need someone with plumbing knowledge and Gary is that someone! Super neat and tidy, great customer service and they have always got me what I need the next morning at the latest.Only down side - They need Adam back!!!!Thanks guys!
