Asked to get two t-shirt sleeves shortened and was greeted with hostility like you're a nuisance. Staff looked pre-occupied and didn't want to help. Charging $13.99 to get sleeves hemmed, just for my work attire.. over priced I would say. There are other family owned tailors out there. Will not recommend this place & don't waste your money!

I had used this place when I was in a frantic, needed something hemmed that I didn’t notice until a few days before my event. Customer service was awesome! They calmed me down and were able to get it done just in time , thank you !!!

I asked to have a two way YKK # 10 plastic zipper installed in a winter coat - when I picked up the coat it was a one way YKK #5 (smaller size) and the 2 ends of the zipper when closed were not lined up (one side of the zipper was an inch longer than the other side. Then the fun started - the tailor" said I did not ask for a heavy duty zipper (she would have charged more) and they didn't have 2 way zippers. A #10 zipper is a heavy duty version of a YKK zipper. She then told me that I shouldn't complain because she gave me a discount (news to mean my spouse that was present for the initial transaction. They have the coat again

Had 2 pairs of pants fixed, and within 30 days the hem came out on one leg on each of the pants. I went in to get them to fix it and she would not do it unless I paid for another hem on each pair. I’ve initiated a charge back on my credit card. I’ll never go here again and I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a belt from them. Put it on the next day and the buckle snapped off. I went to return it and was told they don't do refunds but could take another belt. I explained I didn't trust their quality and again requested a refund. They were adamant there were no refunds. There was no signage that stated sales were final. Reported this place to BBB. Apparently they already have an F rating

I took tree dresses to this people to get them tapered along the sides, they charge me $118 dollars, & when I try them on they fit terrible and very badly finished, I phone them & they where very rude & unprofessional, they tread me like dirt, I ask for the manager, & they hang up on me. I call back write away & another person answer the call, I explain to her the matter, and she said to me that the was nothing that they could do, & she blame me for they mistake. I waist $118 dollars for the repair, plus the cost of the dresses. Don't take any clothing to this inexperience rude people, east indian don't know any good matter.

1. This place has terrible and rude service (could be a culture thing)2. The quality is terrible3. Worst part is their prices are extremely high - they wanted to charge me $20 for a zipper pull - I bought one from Fabric Land for $1.75Stay away from this place!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I brought my jacket to get a zipper fixed. A week later, I came back to find the zipper was not fixed. When asked what they did, they said they fixed a button (that was not broken). After they assured me I could come back in 24 hours to pick up my fixed jacket, I came back to find they had misplaced it all together. I stood in the store for over 30 minutes waiting for them to find it, only for them to fight with me and then finally present my jacket with a shotty half-a$$ job done. Worst place. ever.
