The Captain's Boil
I went here a few weeks ago with a male friend and the person (a middle eastern guy with dark brown curly hair) who came to seat us didn't even acknowledge me and only kept looking at him. I was the first person in front of him but yet he looked over behind me to my friend for answers. My friend even felt upset about how he treated me. It left a bad impression for us but our server was very nice. We weren't familiar with the menu so she was a great help. Food was great I have no complaints about it. It was my friends first time at captain boil. He loved it. We had lobster, sizzling plate with chicken teriyaki, and the churros. The lobster and churros were great.

First time going to Captain Boil’s, so had no clue what to really order. Our server, Thomas, was exceptional. He was super friendly, very outgoing and so willing to explain everything …twice! The options were great. The food …my goodness was beyond great, surpassed my expectations - fresh, hot, and tasty. Highly recommend this place for family outings as well.

Visited for the first time on 01-15-2023. The food was fresh and tasted great. I ordered the garlic shrimp plate and my companion ordered the snow crab boil with the captain sauce. No complaints food wise. Be aware that the boils are priced with market value and you should refer to the poster at the back or ask your server what the cost is for the day. A loss of a star as the server wasn't very attentive and mindful. Was very nice but there were very large delays in taking order, checking in, and receiving the bill. She was also preventing me from sitting down and instead of moving aside to let me in the booth I waited for a good four minutes at my table to sit down while she chatted with the table beside us.

First time!I'm sitting here written this review that's how bad my experience is here. Our waitress no where to be found I had to ask 3 employees to get her. The shrimp is over cooked asked for hot and nothing -_- garlic bread was no frills bought. The friees were cold and my drink was water down. I'm really disappointed about the food and service after waiting 2 weeks to come here. (Plus I asked for a to bag and there was hair on my bag)

Food was top notch, exactly what we were craving for since a long time. Our server Jeremy was amazing and went out of his way to help out in stuff like packing the food etc since we had a baby. Will definitely be back.

Nice experience.Starting off with the vibes and the design, the place is really well done and the vibes are awesome.We were served by Paul and he did AMAZING.Both their signature sauce and the cajun sauce were very delicious.2 stars down:One only comment I have is regarding the shrimps, most people find the vein unpleasant in which all shrimps should be deveined, it takes nothing to do so at the kitchen.

This place is very Hit or Miss….. Bags were dry literally no sauce in them. The fried rice is not fried rice so please don’t waste your money on this!!! Literally looks and tastes like they take their white steamed rice and add veggies and curry seasonings. The texture was that of sushi rice. Service was amazing up until we ordered then the server came back about one time. We had to get up to ask for a refill. Had to wave at staff to get someone’s attention. There were other customers that were also having to do the same. Honestly after this visit I don’t think I’ll return to any captain boil again .

Went for lunch and it was a great experience. We order two seafood medley (one chicken teriyaki and fish teriyaki) and a lobster poutine.They did not have crawfish that day and substituted with extra shrimps. Nevertheless, it was still tasty. We ordered it with the captain’s boil sauce and all the seafood were flavourful.The highlight though would be the lobster poutine. It had big pieces of lobster and the cheese was really stringy.Service was good. We went on a weekend and the restaurant had only gotten busy near the end but there were enough waiters to attend to all the tables and didn’t have to wait long for services.

First time experiencing a fresh seafood market.Ordered Captains Platter.Went with Lobster, Muscles, clams and shrimp.Came with seafood fried rice and sausage.Tasted amazingMy suggestion don't select mixed for all. Try the different falvours on their own.Loved the mix. And tried garlic on its own.The server was super friendly.
