I had the worst experience of my life with this place. I bought an SUV while I was 9 months pregnant and was looking forward to new experiences in a bigger car but they made the experience stressful and horrid. The engine light came on while driving it back to Ontario!!!!!!! I had to tow the car home. They never acknowledged anything and obviously lied about an inspection or issues with the vehicle. They are nice to your face to sell car but do not care to sell you a PROPER car. I am still fixing issues with the car to this day, so upsetting. ABSOLUTELY the worst dealership ever!!! Do not buy a car from them. I can’t believe I am not the only one. PLEASE NO ONE BUY A CAR FROM THEM.

While I have always been impressed with the service here, I no longer feel able to return here. I called and asked about COVID-19 related safety precautions and was assured that everyone wore masks and socially distanced. I would have given a zero star rating if available, as it is more appropriate. The staff wander around without masks and do not social distance. While it is true they are behind limited plexiglass at times (not in the garage or the woman who walked right beside me in the waiting room), they still insist on signing the work orders and what the hell is going on inside the garage where I can’t see if the people in my car are wearing masks. So, I went outside and took pictures of the driver in a clients car without a mask on while moving the car out of the garage. Epic failure; you should be making every effort to protect your employees and clients lives. I was there after an ABS warning light went off sometime in April after limited travel since having all four brakes serviced there in Feb. I was shown the sensor cable that was not clipped into the two clips that is should have been; when asked if the clips were defective, the mechanic said no, and he showed me how much presser was required to clip the cable back in. I was given a quote of $209.00 for something they forgot to clip when they did the service. So, I left after paying the $60 estimate fee which is total BS! Epic failure to public health and safety and a clear and present danger to all during this pandemic. I will be following-up with police to see if this is actually legal, but no matter what: the dealership should be doing everything in it’s power to I still confidence toward their clients; some of whom may have just had chemotherapy, or may be otherwise compromised! Zero stars!!!!

They will provide you the bad service of all time. Don’t trust them at any point that is what my mistake is . Liar Number 1

**BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THEM!!**I went last week for a second work truck (already own a TRX), we discussed a price, we were told that they had many trucks available at the discussed price because they have multiple dealers and so much inventory. I called back a few days later to go ahead with the deal and suddenly, they have 0 available, everything is more expensive (at least 3k more) AND the manager Joel proceeds to continuously yell, raising his voice for whatever reason over his suggestion to reach out to his boss who he did not want to disturb (again, it was his suggestion) to see if we can get the truck that we agreed on…..our poor sales rep Julie was great, not her fault!! She even called back to apologize on his behalf which I appreciate very much!! IF you buy a car from there, don’t leave without a copy of your agreement (which we weren’t given) so they don’t screw you with raising the price!!

Terrible service. Bought a car and 17 days later still trying to get someones attention. No courtesy to clients to return emails or messages. Will not recommend them.

We called for a specific Caravan and were told it was available. When we showed up 30 minutes later we were told finally this van we want has all kinds of scratches inside from a dog and would not be good for us and the salesman showed us many other options on the computer way above the budget we specified. The young man in used car sales was polite, but ultimately our precious time was wasted.

Nicholas and Shelby were absolutely amazing. My credit is nothing to brag about and they got me approved. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a vehicle.

Just by Phone call, I already eliminated this dealership on my favorite.First of all, the automated phone system hanged on me twice.Second, someone with a very angry loud tone responded.My call was as easy as checking if a vehicle is still in stock.They left me there after I told them the stock number, they screamed at each other, they insulted each other, they cursed on the phone, like heelloooooooo, I am still on the phone. Then after giving me all that show, they just hanged up on me.I wanted that vehicle and would take it as soon as possible, but with this experience, boy bye

Monday night come to the dealer to try a Mercedes , The sales lady Julie very nice give me a warm welcome So I bought the car,excellent work.
