Dr. Alam is very kind and knowledgeable. My whole family has been under his care for years. A trip to this clinic is always a fun experience!

Dr Alam was incredibly rude to us in the beginning. We were second in line to be seen by him. We were waiting in the waiting room when another patient came in. He completely ignored the fact that we'd been waiting for already 15 minutes and took said patient back before us. Another couple had come in after the last patient and when Dr Alam came back out from seeing the other patient he again ignored us and prompted the other couple to come in. I interrupted letting him know I was been here before them. When it came to the consultation he was a bit nicer to my son and I but the whole experience just put me off. I'm giving 3 stars because he was knowledgeable and made my son feel comfortable but the initial interaction was disappointing.

We went at closing time on a Saturday when my partner was in pain. The only walk in clinic open on Saturday, we barely made it in time!Dr Alam was kind and knowledgable.He called on a Sunday morning to check on him.Never have I had such an experience with a doctor, whom I met for the first time.Super impressed is still an understatement !

Set Alam provided excellent care, and had a warm genteel bedside manner. All checkboxes met, I got: a diagnosis, treatment plan, answered questions honestly and supportively, and told me what signs to look out for that I would need further treatment. I’ve been to many walk in clinics all over the world, and this one stood above. Would definitely return.
