Phenomenal service! Welcoming every visit regardless of the how busy it can get during the morning rush. Very knowledgeable on their products, very easy going and accommodating with milk alternatives. Lot's of healthy snack options, they even make their own milk!! Love. Thank you !

Had a 10$ sandwich that had more bread than veggies and barely any cashew cheese. Also had a watered down smoothie" that was more like a watered down juice. Girls seemed grumpy and bored out of their minds.Bread was good though."

Absolutely love this place! All their drinks & food is delish. Really appreciate the simple healthy keto/paleo ingredients. It’s also one of the only places I can find a lot of good food brands from the U.S. that are normally hard to find in Canada.

I love this spot for a nice latte made just how you want it. Very nice ambience inside, unique menu, quick service and friendly staff. Lattes are smooth, lots of dairy-free options, not too sweet and coffee itself is great. Be ready, it is expensive but I feel the quality is up to par. I have not tried the food but seen many customers order the desserts/pastries.

First time here, certainly won't be the last. Had a friend that raved about The Simple Kitchen and now I can understand why. Staff are incredibly kind, helpful and genuine. Menu is amazing, so much to choose from. I ordered the Lean Bowl and the Energy Protein Smoothie and both were made to perfection and had an amazing flavor! I can't wait to try their desserts, and buy some of their snacks and protein powders. Happy to know there's a place like this in Oakville. Would 10/10 recommend.

Obsessed would be an understatement at this point! I work in the area and it’s so hard to find quick, healthy options on a time constraint. This biz has clean, healthy, and tasty food choices. The bowls are delicious with lots of options. The desserts are terrific. They were super aware and considerate when I specified allergies. And the staff are lovely! I’m so glad to have found this new staple in my work week. ♥️

I dont write many reviews but I will for this place. So many things I love about it.The staff I have run into when I am coming into town have been great.The food is SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS. I am sensitive to much of todays modern food and I absolutely love that I can come into here and not feel any sort of anxiety about what they are putting in their food. Its nice to know I can come to a place and enjoy the whole experience of food vs being nervous of what was used to cook the foods and things added to it.The products they have on the shelves are amazing and they bring in some really awesome rare items you cant really find anywhere else. Go to their website and check out some of the awesome brands they carry!All in All, I love this place. The only issue I have is that there is not more of them. I live in Hamilton and its a treat to drive all the way there for the experience. But I will say, when I do....its always worth it.

After doing a few showings in the area, one of my fellow realtor colleagues was renting and raving about this place. We needed to go check out on Lake shore in Oakville. It did not disappoint and their Panini's were fantastic
