Kinsmen Lodge

I did about a year of volunteer work at this location many years ago under the guidance of physiotherapist Danielle Fashler and kinesiologist Hilda Perlinger. My experience here was fantastic. The staff are amazing and caring, and the facility was clean and spacious.

My son had a show here yesterday. I found it clean and tidy. Everything is well organized. This is a trusted place for older people.

Do NOT trust the other fake reviews, This home steals mail and Christmas gifts. 2 Years in a row they have stolen chocolates and small collectables. Now the last package I sent was a trackable package that took 2 days to deliver, Yet 15 days later and they still haven't given it to him. YET when I just called they miraculously" found it..... DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES! What kind of slime bag steals from the elderly.... These slime bags thats who!"

My mom was a resident here for 2.5 months in the Brookside neighbourhood. She was in a very poor state when she entered Kinsmen but within a week here she improved markedly. The staff are very friendly and extremely caring. My mom had no issues with the staff. They always did their very best for her and to make her feel comfortable. The only reason she left the facility was to move her closer to family. We were sorry to leave Kinsmen. Know that if you have a family member here, they are in good hands.
