Mr. Build

We asked Mr. Build to assist in a design to build a three plus Sunroom addition to our house. John and his team were extremely helpful, very precise and detailed to complete a high quality construction Sunroom and storage room. John was exceptional in excessibility and follow up. He answered all my questions and would reply immediately whenever I had concerns. We are delighted with quality of workmanship,construction and final outcome of the addition, completed in a timely manner.Thanks to Mr. Build and his team.

It was a pleasure to work with John & his team on the construction of a new-build residence for one of my clients. The team was pleasant and engaged in the project. It was a contemporary design and the team had no problem translating my design in to the built product. I would recommend Mr Build for any construction project you might be considering.

We had our windows and front entrance replaced. The concrete stairs and front brick was removed. A new set of stairs and landing were constructed. The brick was replaced with cultured stone. I am quite satisfied with the completed project. John's crew and the sub trades did a great job.

John and his team did a great job of completing our World Gym Athletics Gym on time and budget. Despite our aggressive timeline, the professional sub trades, managed by John, exceeded our expectations.

I had high hopes with Mr Build based on reputation and recommendations. Maybe they do good work if you can get them to respond? All polite enquires via email on their site and 3 follow up phone calls. Absolutely zero follow up. Their website promises much but the reality is, well it’s like they are not really there?!!! Very disappointed.

I called for a quote to have a basement reno'd and Mike said he would not come unless i revealed our budget... not professional Mike! Doesnt deserve our business!

We had extensive renovations done to our house over the past 6 months. These included a complete gutting and re-building of our master bathroom, powder room and our living-room. We also replaced a tub with a walk-in shower in our guest room, added built-in storage in the rec. room, upgraded lighting throughout the house, replaced tiles and carpeting, painted the entire house inside and out and added extra kitchen cabinets. We worked with an interior designer who provided very detailed specs for the work, so that there were no surprises at the end. We are extremely pleased with the results. The quality of the work is excellent and it was a pleasure working with John, his crew and the professionals (plumbers, painters, electricians, tilers, etc) he employs. Even though the work was done during the pandemic and we remained in the house throughout the entire six months, everything went very smoothly. John is a good problem solver; if something is not quite right, there's no need to argue: he will find a solution and fix it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
