Great service friendly staff

Friendly and competent staff always willing to share their advice on the best fencing techniques and products.

10 years ago I had a custom fence designed for my property and pets.This included Cedar fencing, gates and chain link including a dog kennel.It has always been lovely to look at, and strong to provide our security.I am presently awaiting the appointment to plan the installation of my last property where I will retire with my dogs and cats. It will include both styles of fencing and a custom kennel and cat in closer.I am really excited, to help plan the design and expect to include a budget each season until the entire half acre is complete. Have dealt with Fenceline on a number of occasions and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They stock just about everything you need BUT their pricing is on average about 20 to 30 percent higher than the local competitors. Two identical gates I priced out locally here in Parksville, Fenceline is 50 dollars more (25%) and treated top rails are 3.99 more each (30%) than just down the highway. I'm not saying don't shop here, just shop wisely. I don't feel the excellent service should command that kind of price premium.

Have been going here for years, the new owner and the previous owner are very friendly, always have anything fence related and more. Workers are nice also and it's nice to support a local business in the area versus home hardware and Depot. Highly recommend
