my friend and i had an appointment yesterday one for 11:45 the other is at 2pm. called that we couldn't make it for the 11:45 cause we had a minor car accident 2minutes away from this location. and at 1pm she called us to come in early for the 2pm appointment but couldn't make cause were at a restaurant ordering food. then she said that if we couldnt come in early she would have to cancel the 2pm appointment due to the cancelling the first one cause she has to sit around and doing nothing and not getting paid. she sent an email after we hung up the phone cause she was so rude on the phone and said on the email that she hasnt heard back so she would have to cancel it when in fact the only choice she was giving us on the phone was to come in early or cancel the appointment although we've told her many times that we cant and we would like to stick to our 2pm appointment instead.

I had my bridal trial done by Christina and was extremely happy, she listened to exactly what I wanted and was professional about it. On the day of the wedding she communicated timing with me and was also able to fit in the mother of the bride day off! I appreciated her so much, it was relaxing and not stressful as sometimes makeup can be. The day of the wedding was warm and also ended up raining, the make up held up perfectly!

The owner Christina is extremely professional and talented at what she does. Her portfolio speaks for itself. She is very personable and easy to talk to during appointments. I have been happy with every service she has done from lashes to eyebrows! Emerald Beauty Co also has a good selection of products, candles and other excellent gift ideas! I did some Christmas shopping from the online shop.

Christina and her wonderful team at Emerald make your experience while there so enjoyable! Lily is amazing at hair and is so personable to chat with.
