Little Canadian

The worst shopping experience I ever had. I purchased a One-Million Dollar Baby dresser in May, 2021. The dresser was delivered 1 year and 4 months later in September, 2022 with the top part damaged. Little Canadian denied a return and offered a replacement part. I got an email in October, 2022 confirming that the replacement part was available for pickup. After 2 visits to their warehouse and associates saying that they had no information on the order, customer service has been ignoring me since then. It’s May, 2023, my son is 2 years old and the dresser we purchased hoping to match his crib has never been used. By far the worst store I’ve ever purchased from. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Little Canadian.

Has a wide variety of name brand products. Amazing customer service, & fast shipping. My husband is indigenous, & they have their website set up to automatically deduct the taxes for us when ordering online which is amazing, as we are in New Brunswick. I often message on Instagram with questions and they answer fairly fast, & are very knowledgeable!

@littlecanadiankids Hey guys, why you're not accepting returns for my order? We spent about 2 hours yesterday on the phone and no one answered us. Also, your support is sending us directly to the manufacturer with no money back. I just wanted to buy a bike for my son. Is this the expected behaviour and usual things in your business?

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We live in BC and shopped online. Little Canadian had competitive prices and a good online reputation so we decided to purchase our stroller system from them.It took about a week and a half to get to us, which is average for a large item shipping across the country. Upon receiving the product, we found it was a different colour than we ordered. In looking online to see if there was any other difference, we found a version for $100 less than we paid.I emailed the support team and Kate got back to me first thing the next morning with a very sincere apology and an offer to either send back the wrong unit to exchange, or take a $100 price match if we were okay keeping the wrong colour. We accept the refund and no more than 30 minutes later I received confirmation of the transaction.I am blown away by this incredible customer service, despite the hiccup. We will definitely be returning to purchase more.

I went in to purchase a gift for my niece and had the most incredible service from Anastasiia. She took the time to understand exactly what i needed and made great recommendations that would best for me. SO I happy with the service i received.I would definitely come back to this store .

Recently bought Bugaboo Fox 3 Mineral Collection from them because only a few business had it. Since it is a pricy item, we had some questions about how their loyalty program and baby registry system works. Their answers were responsive and kind.I’m plannin to purchase other baby product from them as well.

Disappointed, ordered an item with expedited shipping. Was assuming it would be shipped before the long weekend.Turns out they also were closed for a few days. There was no mention of this while ordering. Emailed to cancel order 10 days later because still not shipped. Conveniently get a notification that it's shipped five minutes before they reply to email and say they cannot cancel because it has been shipped. Will just order from a larger company next time.

Very cute little place. I didn’t end up purchasing a stroller from here but the two ladies went above and beyond to help us and taught us a lot in the short time we were in the store. Both were knowledgeable and helpful and I truly appreciated that. Thank you so much! Hope to be back in the future

Extremely unprofessional. I made a purchase online and have raised a request for refund multiple times on my item -skip hop - playful retreat baby nestThe website description claims it fits a baby up to 9 months. My 8 week old baby boy outgrew it and I raised a refund request within 48 days just to get a back and forth of response and absolutely no help.The policy states the item should be re usable and I have the item currently in usable condition.It is new I haven't used it fully at all thanks to the measurements not being accurate at all.What's surprised me is that they ask us to contact manufacturer directly for false advertising in their website. I contacted the manufacturer and got a response that I can return the product in their store. But they won't allow that too!Pathetic customer support.Stay away if you value your hard earned money. Absolutely no customer service!

I purchased a Maxi-Cosi stroller and carrier from this store and was very happy with the attentive staff who demonstrated how to use the products and answered all of our questions.
