I just got off the phone with one of the staff there and I’ve never been treated so rudely. Was pretty much rushed off the phone because they were close to closing, wouldn’t even answer my question, and was extremely dismissive and rude. Not the way anyone should be in any area of business, but primarily healthcare.

called on the phone asking for some questions about whether we can come in. the person said “we are done for the day” and hanged up on me. it was 10am.

I called them, the lady was talking with someone else without informing me to hold. I asked them if they book an appointment In case of COVID situation. She said it's walk-in which was fine. I asked her when shall I come which in return she replied come next week. Later, she said come on Friday and cut the phone off without even telling me the time to come. They don't even put the timings on website.Shut off the clinic if you don't want to provide services. I would definitely report this to Ontario Health about this situation!

They only take walks ins on certain days and there's no way to know what day they will take you. Waste of time.

Went in with cold/flu/vomiting symtoms, left after being assumed pregnant and given a prescription for food poisoning. To keep food down.Didn't check throat, lungs, chest or any normal flu symptom areas.... Just abdomen and stool questions.Not sure what that was.
