Horrible customer service skills. Nina from the service department does not know how to speak to customers, does not greet you or say hello. Her tone and attitude is disgusting someone should monitor her phone conversations. Terrible customer service.

What a nightmare dealership to deal with service is just a straight up rudest and most dishonest people I've ever encountered. Specifically AL in day time and asmeh after noon. Bunch of unprofessionals, so sad and regret even buying a peterbuilt. Charged me 1100 for my 5 months old 2022 truck to tell me what's wrong with it. And now I had to buy an under warranty window switch that quit working on, and Asmeh the afternoon representative, didn't even want to consider even ask me or even talk to me. What a shame, for supposedly a good brand . Go to barrie or Hamilton dealerships. Don't waste your time here.Buy another brand, less headache and for sure a superior service.They'll bankrupt very soon with this service, I've seen so many go out of business with the same attitude which is just fare !!

Very bad customers service

Dont deal with this place their part department does not answer you can call them 10 times phone will just ring out and if you speak to anyone else they just say they may be busy call later.. what help is calling later when i need parts now. No holding cue or anything just rings and rings

I strongly do not recommend dealership in Mississauga. 1.5 years they rip me off for almost $ 5000. This time for few hundreds. They lie that they are working on your truck when it is outside. Then they fix my truck in 2 hours and they charged me 738.00 for labor removing front nox sensor. Estimate was $1.600 and final charge $2.100. Do not go there.

Rude and frustrating

Everytime I call this number I get NO SERVICE. Leave a message, never get a call back. Try and find hours of operation, get nothing. If I can expect this kind of low level service through Peterbilt I won't be buying anymore. Or reccomending anyone to Paccar either. I mean this is horrible, I don't know wether or not you're open. There is no actual effort put into the phone system, no hours of operation or anything.Are you guys that cheap? Or care that little about existing customers and future customers, that you won't even bother putting an announcement in for hours of operations and holiday hours. Speaks volumes.
