Had a suit which was covered in husky fur dry cleaned, and had their tailor let out a dress and steam it for a wedding. They did a fabulous job on both and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed! Not only did I have to go back for a second fitting for my dress alterations because she couldn’t find the marks, after paying $107 for the alterations, the sewing job was done poorly and to top it off there were black marks all over my dress (that most definitely were not there before bringing the dress in) and when I called in to complain, she told me the marks must have been on the dress before and then she offered me a discount on cleaning services for my dress.Very poor professionalism and bedside manner. Do yourself a favour, do NOT use this place for your alteration needs!

I'll never go anywhere else in Guelph. Jim took excellent care of me when I needed a rush alteration job, and they always have my dry cleaning on time, even though I always bring it in with a rush job needed.

This is my go-to dry cleaners and place for alterations for even fine designer clothing. ( I was very surprised to see a review on alterations that was not positive because this has not been my experience at all.) She (I wish i knew her name) is simply amazing - great attention to detail and very professional. I trusted her with an expensive cashmere and silk max mara coat (before i had worn it) to change the style. She listened to my ideas and gave me great advic - and told me why my idea wouldn't look as good as an invisible belt inside the lining. So right!! The alteration was professional and, as always very reasonably priced. Dry cleaning and pressing always done to a t and on the one occasion a stubborn stain was not removed (on a silk item that i had neglected to clean throughout covid and was ready to throw away) they happily recleaned it and got it out. I have no difficulty recommending this place for both dry cleaning and alterations.

Amazing quality, service and prices. I have had every thing from down, leather, fur and and linen cleaned here and am always pleased with the results and friendly staff.

I was most impressed by this cleaner. I had two hats that needed to be cleaned and they did an amazing job on my hats. Would definitely take my cleaning to them, not only great work but many years of experience.

Friendly staff and cost effective alternations, modifications and sewing/stitching. A good spot in the South End of Guelph to get your fragile clothes looked after.
