Excellent and knowledgeable customer service, both design wise and technical / product knowledge wise. I purchased many baseboard heater covers from them and we recently installed them. Vent and Cover’s suggestions during the purchase process turned out to be right on point. The covers look modern and custom (even though they aren’t custom) - just perfect! Their team spent way more time than they had to answering my questions. I am super impressed by this business!

I purchased in March 2020 and the delivery was delayed by over a month. After I called I received them right away so I’m assuming there was an issue with their order tracking process. The next concern I had was the quality of the product. I’m dealing with peeling paint. For the price I paid I expected no issues within the first 6 months. I will not use this company again for any projects. The items purchased for 1/4 price from signature hardware are awesome and exceeded my expectations.

Great service, and great product for the money! I am very happy to have the new baseboard covers in my home, since they make it look modern and updated. Super easy to install with no tools!

We ordered a mix of the Atlas and Demi. Really great quality covers and at a good price compared to other places. The Vent and Cover people also went above and beyond to help me. My only constructive feedback is for them to give more assistance with larger orders other than the online cart. Regardless, highly recommend.
