Hair stylist review only. Will review for makeup separately. I booked 4 hair appointments for myself and my bridal party. I was happy with mine, though it was way more structured than i had asked for. Before I arrived in tofino I shared images of what I wanted but when the stylist arrived she had none of these. I showed her again on my phone - curly/wavy/beachy, for the bridesmaids i showed her one with the curls mostly on one side, like a side pony but loose. What she did was basically curl the hair and pull the sides back. It looked good but it wasn't really what I wanted - it was a pretty simple style which most of the girls could have done themselves. I think my hair is pretty challenging so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt there but the rest were not really like any of the images I had sent.

Vee did an amazing job on my wedding hair. It was so perfect and just what I was looking for. Studio One was great to deal with and it was so nice having them come to me in suite! My hair held up to the wind, sun, and dancing all night! Thank you so much!

Rhonda did a wonderful job on my wedding up-do and makeup. I loved the texture in my hair and how simple yet elegant my make up was. On a human level, she's a delightful person and I'd happily use her talents again. Thank you Rhonda :)

The most chill haircut experience ever. Rhonda spent more time sculpting my thinning hair than anyone and it looks great. I left feeling very relaxed and hope to return on my next visit to Tofino.

I booked my three boys in for cuts about a week in advance since it's just before Christmas and everyone is busy.The staff here are absolutely sublime. No fuss over kids who don't always sit still and chatter their ears off. Friendly, kind, funny, and great cuts as well. My hair salon back on the mainland could learn a thing or two from these wonderful girls.

Amazing!!!Was recommended to me by a colleague, I went out being very skeptical as I have curly hair and do not trust many with my hair , V was fantastic and very understanding to my uncertainty. Not only did she do everything I asked her too , but well surpassed my expectations. Will definitely be going back and definitely be recommending.
