I don’t live in Revelstoke but twice now I’ve come to this location and they do not make my drink properly. The staff sat there arguing with me stating it was proper, when I order this drink 3 times a day everyday.. I know how it’s supposed to be. But instead their staff would rather argue and deny making it properly? Pretty sad. You pay for what you want, but don’t even get it.

They try to make you stay at the drive-thru order box to get quicker times on their orders but this caused a massive backup and extremely long wait times. Drive-thru workers where extremely rude if you didn't wait, coffee wasn't stirred and my donuts where squished.

This is how it looked, and they were totally slammed. Either not enough staff or exceptionally poor management of the front, drive through and mobile orders left us waiting 20 minutes for food that ended up being mostly wrong. Sorry, I don't normally post negative reviews like this, but I just had to call these guys out on mismanaging expectations or priories and seemingly hanging their poor staff out to dry.

Worst store. I ordered veggie bowl. And she gave me only tomatoes and lettuce. 9$ for tomatoes only. She should have atleast told me that they are out of stuff.

I have ordered from there every morning for three weeks nope don't listen to what u want or miss things ordered 2 blt on plain Bagel with extra bacon and mayo this time they put on a bun I don't like . Geting sick of payong for extra on my stuff i order and i dont get it or i order a dounut and the gave me the wrong one so sick of this tims cant wait be back in calgary were i get my stuff right

Tim's has really declined, food and service is mediocre at best. Prices are high for what you get. A freaking donut is over a dollar... prefer McDs these days

I ordered a x large tea,2 tea bags in, and a 1/4 cream. Now, if anybody doesn't understand this, then please tell me what I said wrong.Now, what I got was a large tea 1 tea bag in the other on the side, not open. mybe 2 sugar don't know, and 1/4 cup of cream ,yes that what I said she actually hand me a 1/ 4 cup of cream.

They have ample room for parking and inside atmosphere is nice too. I have been to this location several times and every time had good experience. I don’t live here but I do visit almost every year Revelstoke for vacation.
