I was offered assistance within a few seconds of walking in. The 3 staff members a gentleman at the front desk, Colleen (the manager?) and Mary were super friendly. No pressure sales and they quickly helped me locate what I was looking for. Knowing I was purchasing a Christmas gift, and being the only pair of boots they had, Mary offered me her own pair she ordered in for herself. Simply amazing.She's saved my Christmas and made my day of errands much easier. Being someone who struggles with anxiety and saving me another day out it is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much everyone there.

Visited store Dec 23 for pair of boots. $200. Went back Dec 28 to purchase. Paid for them without looking as I just saw them a few days previous. Total $271 (240 + tx) I asked why the boots were $40 more. Employee admitted because today is BOGO. ( buy one get one 50% off) it was company policy to raise the prices.. So I asked if I can get for the original $200 as I didn't want another pair. She said no its company policy she can't do anything... well at least she admitted the store is crooked...

Very helpful, professional and efficient sales staff at the Georgetown location. Dee and Brianna went above and beyond to coordinate the purchase of 2 pairs of boots to the Mississauga location. They are the gold standard in customer service.

Ordered winter boots. What came weren't winter boots, but hiking boots. Fit great, but not what I wanted. Tried on winter boots which fit nicely. Now I have winter boots
