We knew moving from one province to another was going to be a big challenge, especially during COVID where travel restrictions were in place but when I say that Julia made it so simple for us I truly mean it! It was our first time buying a house and she walked us through everything! She would do virtual tours for us where she would walk around the house while we were on video so we could see the entire place. If we wanted to double check a room she had no problem going back to it. She was also very honest with us as to the shape of the house which, not being there in person, was extremely important to us.Julia had no problem going to the MANY houses that we wanted to look at since we weren't 100% sure what we were looking for. She was very patient with us and truly made us feel important. We ended up finding the perfect house for us and its all thanks to her! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Moving from Ontario we contacted Julia to help us virtually buy our house, and it was the best decision we made. Julia treated us like family right from start to finish. Reliable, efficient, friendly and professional. Everything and much more that you’d want from an agent. Even after the deal was done and the house closed Julia didn’t stop helping us. Our moving truck was delayed over 2 weeks. Julia lent us a table, chairs, games for the kids and made countless trips travelling over 40 minutes a time to the grocery store. She also provided us with cutlery, plates etc while we isolated.
