FCI was helpful right from the beginning with our renovation! They were able to work with us, stay within budget, conversation was easy and replies were efficient. Living out of town, they were able to get the ball rolling remotely, I went in quickly to confirm choices, carpet was ordered and installation was booked within days of our possession date as requested. So far - Highly recommend! Our installation is tomorrow and Im so excited to see the carpet in our space.

Working with the team at Floor Coverings was so wonderful. They did everything they possibly could to make the process of changing our flooring stress free and enjoyable right from the first time we connected. Being able to view samples in my home, thanks to their mobile show room, helped make a more informed choice. And even when I had questions or alternate design ideas, they were wonderful in helping work out all the details. The whole process was so fast and easy, less than a month from first consult to finished product. We couldn’t be happier with the high quality product, the professional installation, and the amazing customer service. Our new floors have given our home new life!

We had a great experience getting new carpet from Floor Coverings International. Jamie came to the house with a large selection for us to look through. Then when we changed our minds and stopped at the store unexpectedly she was quick to help us pick the perfect carpet to suit our needs. The installation went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with how it looks.

PLEASE use this company. Their integrity to the work done and consumer service is one of the best experiences I have had. I am completely satisfied with the service and quality of my work from Floorcoverings international. After the fire in our basement, they made picking out the new carpet so simple and dealt with all the insurance issues. Then when the installation was done, the installer went way above what he needed to do. He stayed until 8pm that night to get the job done; because the next day, the painter had to come in to finish. Then I received a wonderful basket of treats for working with them, as a thank you. Floor Coverings International Regina thank you for all you do!

The short and sweet is that dealing with FCI was a fantastic experience.At the start, Jordan came to our house and spent the better part of an afternoon with us going over a variety of samples and discussing the pros and cons of different flooring options. He took the time to answer our questions and plan out what we wanted to do with our renovation. Beyond that he was incredible to deal with as he was always available. Jordan works entirely too hard as even on his days off he still answers his phone and passes along messages if needed. He was extremely professional and we didn't have a single issue with him on the sales side of things.Sheila was very easy to deal with when it came to booking. We replaced the entire floor in our house so we had to schedule multiple times as the floor was installed in stages. When I called her to say we were ready she always managed to juggle around the installer schedules to get an installer over the next business day to start on the job. When we had a few hiccups and were behind schedule and had to cancel a stage she was very understanding and had no issue with shuffling dates around to make things work for us.Riley was a phenomenal installer. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. The house looks amazing thanks to his attention to detail and creative installing. He found ways to make areas look better than we could have ever imagined. Whenever there was a decision to be made with regards to different ways to do certain spots, he always took the time to explain the different options to us as well as the pros and cons of each and then give his opinion on the best way to do it. When there were boxes of flooring with some minor defects in them, Riley took it upon himself to say it wasn't up to his standard and removed what he had put in, got new boxes and started over. We could not have been happier with our install, and how amazing our house looks now is due to him.My wife and I had shopped around a bit before choosing FCI, and I am glad we decided to go with them. We have had nothing but an amazing experience from start to finish. I would easily recommend FCI to anyone looking at installing flooring, as we could not have been happier.
