Went for an Eye exam today. Dilatation was done on both my eyes but the eye drops they used were expired last year. The exam room was not tidy and didn't notice equipment being sanitized. Had to tell the optometrist about the bottles of eye drops that expired on 5/2022/ still kept in the clinic, to be used on multiple clients and reminded them to replace it monthly and to' put date opened 'on the label, for the safety of the clients.

I had the best experience at clinic. The staff was very helpful and they have the reasonable prices for the glasses as compare to other stores. Glad I went there.

Such amazing people, so honest and genuine. Dr. Johal took the time to look after the concerns for my mom, she was a special case he called the specialist and spoke to them directly regarding her condition and had her seen ASAP. I have been in several times after that for myself and family. The ladies were very helpful and understanding for my son has special needs. They have a great selection and they delivered at a very timely manner.

Welcoming staff, friendly service and no pressure sales tactics describes my experience at Scott Road Eye Clinic. I went in to have my eyes tested and thought the process was efficient and thorough. Dr. Purewal is the best!After the test, I asked about frames and had several staff provide their opinion on what looked good on me. I was use to my old pair of glasses that I had for a while and they suggested a frame that was more modern and stylish. Glad I agreed, I think I look more hip. :)

We showed up on the weekend with an eye emergency. My daughter works in a metal shop and we were concerned she had a piece of metal in her eye. The front staff was rude and unhelpful. We managed to find a different clinic that was willing to see us and remove the metal fragment from her eye regardless of if we had an appointment or not.

Me and my wife were really picky on who we would go to for our eye test and we booked here by the reviews and were not dissapointed! Cannot recommend them enough!Very kind and caring staff and also reasonable price!Make you feel comfortable and always have a nice laugh!
