Very nice and efficient border crossing. CBP does a very good job. Very nice, and friendly officers as long as your legal. No poultry products allowed in USA from Canada because of the bird flu so make sure you don't have any chicken, eggs, turkey, etc of any kind or it will be confiscated. Other then that no worries. Be sure to thank our hard working officers for their service for protecting our border!!

Applied for my TN visa here and the process was quick and smooth. The officers were very nice and friendly. I was there on a Thursday morning and there i was the only one in line.

The officers here are so polite and respectful. Unlike the Canadian side where they treat everyone like a criminal.

Signs on the highway probably an hour before this boarder station still say 7:00 - 23:00…. And the sign on the gate also says the same time. However we arrived at 8:45pm and the gate was locked. After looking up their website they now close at 6pm. Why not update the signs to inform people.

Ridiculous they changed the hours to close at 6pm from 11pm. It is really difficult to make it across the border to visit family in one day. They should close at 8 or 9pm at the earliest.

I live in Alberta and use this crossing weekly and I find the border staff to be courteous and professional. The hours of operation were reduced significantly so it does cause issues when you are trying to make a day trip. The best advice I can give you is make sure you return by 4pm or so because many times there is a long line to get back in; especially on Sundays. If you miss the 6pm closure, your next option is Coutts (on I-15 N) which is about 2.5 hours from this one.

GOOGLE MAPS IS WRONG!!!!! This is not the faster route to Calagry/Edmonton! This is NOT the faster route that google maps says. Lots of touristy websites are wrong about hours. Find a border entrance thats open 24 hours, its just easier.

Closes at 6! Completely bogus! Multiple cars thought the border was open since Canada side closes at 11. Makes no sense. Come on USA get it together !
