The Inn on College

Very friendly and accommodating staff! When there were no rooms left to re book, the young man working helped me find somewhere else withing my budget which was greatly appreciated! Rooms are very clean and the staff are constantly cleaning public spaces. Some rooms are small but for the price I cant complain! Will definitely return!

Tried to book a room which was confirmed and then got a call that it was not available for the last day of our stay. Unreliable ! Extremely rude! Would have left a negative star" if I could! Guess you can't expect much for such cheap accommodation. Had to re book at a higher rate elsewhere because it was a last minute booking! NEVER AGAIN!"

I recommend this place. The managers are friendly and the place is quiet. There is bread peanut butter and coffee for breakfast. There rooms were cool even though it was nearly 40C outside. The only deduction was the first night the sheets did have a couple of strands of hair. Otherwise I recommend the place if you want a quiet night. There is also four freezer packs I left in the communal fridge on the upper level. Use them to your hearts content since (although the stay is recommended) I will not be travelling for at least 8 hours to retrieve them...

Our family recently stayed here during my mother's hospitalization at the Royal University Hospital, taking 4 rooms. The hotel decor is basic but clean and somewhat recently renovated, is inexpensive, and the staff friendly. They are frequently cleaning and tidying to keep everything fresh, and they can provide laundry service. Some of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms, most have shared, but they are very well maintained and meticulously clean. There are 2 kitchens, one of which you can cook in with refrigerators to store your food. Coffee provided, and for $5 there is a basic breakfast to start your day. This was a fantastic option for us and particularly if you have family in hospital, the low cost and close proximity (5-7 minute walk) to the hospital makes this idea.The staff treated us very well and we are very thankful to them.

The room was really nice and the bathroom is shared and both were super clean. The room had a desk and a tv and the bed was very comfortable. They also provide towels in your room for the bathroom and the only thing I wish they'd included was a black washcloth so I could remove my makeup. I was staying by myself so they actually gave me a room with a bigger bed instead of the two single bed room that I'd booked, which I was super appreciative of. They also give you an outer door key so you can let yourself in and out whenever. Just a lovely experience and I felt super safe. I also liked being so close to the river and the university. Definitely going to stay there again.

I'm from Ukraine.The Inn on College was my first home in Canada.The hotel is a very comfortable.The rooms are clean and warm.And that is nice in the cold winter weather.Thank you for your hospitality.I highly recommend The Inn on College to stay in.

Shared washrooms, which wouldn't be a big deal but this MUST be advertised or stated clearly on the website. Walls a super thin. Thankfully it was quiet during my stay, but if someone was doing anything at night I would have heard them. This is not a hotel as you would commonly understand it. Think of it more like a room in an airBNB

I stayed in a room on the 4th floor for one night in mid-October. I noticed a bunch of (bed?) bug bites on my skin the day after my stay there and let the hotel know. They said they would look into it and get back to me but I have yet to hear anything. Otherwise my stay was good. It was quiet, I thought my room was clean.

The staff are very friendly. Located right across from the RUH. Has a very homelike atmosphere and comfortable beds, the perfect place to stay if you have an upcoming hospital appointment. The walls are a bit thin but everyone seems to be respectful of that. Shared kitchen and bathroom but I believe they have more expensive rooms if you're wanting a private bathroom.
