I recently visited the store on Dundas St in Mississauga, looking to replace some broken parts on our Central Vac. I not only found what I was looking for, but Victoria gave me such a wealth of information. She is very knowledgeable and knows her Central Vacuum systems like no other. I highly recommend this place, and I will be back to get more items.

Was easy to find and the staff was helpful. I needed a part for my vacuum and they had it in stocks. I had to go back and get my vacuum checked. The staff did some tests on it, and told me that I needed a new hose for my vacuum. Thank you for all your help.

I have an old dyson. Parts unfortunately are obsolete for my model. I didn’t catch here name but she surprisingly had a used head for my model. She was great! Sold me the used part. Explained what to swap over from my old head to the new and I’m up and running.Thank you very much!! Only store you’d want to suck! (Sorry about the dad joke!)

I would highly recommend O’Neills Vacuum Centre on Dundas in Mississauga. We dropped off our central vacuum power head on Saturday and it was repaired and ready for pickup Monday. We were considering purchasing a new model but they were able to replace the electrical connections and it works great. The most impressive part was they called the next day to check that it was working!

We were here today for a minor repair to a vacuum cleaner plugin cord. Very nice lady repaired the cord at no cost. Great customer service!

We had a wonderful experience with Victoria and Fred. Victoria was extremely knowledgeable about each of the central vac brands and gave her honest opinion. The whole process from purchase to installation was seamless. Their pricing was competitive and straight forward. We would recommend B.F. O'Neill's to anyone who is looking for a central vac.

Victoria & Fred are 100% customer service orientated ! Each are very knowledgeable & so courteous! Our home central vacuum from BF O'Neill quit- almost 19 yrs later! We had a brand new central vacuum installed within the week- we are most impressed with their excellent service. Victoria is most efficient & an excellent communicator with her customers.Highly recommend this team you will not be disappointed. .
