I have been taking my cars to NR Auto for over 10 years and am VERY PLEASED with the owner's professional competence and honest, friendly service. I strongly recommend this business.The owner, Neil, is a very smart mechanic who diagnoses problems quickly and correctly. Service is always professional and prices are fair. I would not keep returning to this shop if the service was bad or if the price was too high.I see that there was a flurry of negative reviews about this shop, all of them about 2 months ago. It looks to me like someone was not happy, for whatever reason, and recruited all his or her friends to send in bad reviews. Look at the whole picture of the reviews of this shop – all are good to excellent, except for one outburst of bad reviews about two months ago. Make your own decision – believe the many satisfied customers who have provided good reviews or listen to the disgruntled person who sponsored a flurry of reviews about 2 months ago. I side with the majority – this is a good business.

neil is my man. best prices in town and work is always done right. i send all my family and friends there and we are all more than happy. takes me in at a moments notice. glad to have him under my arsenal.

I have been using NR Auto services for almost 9 years now. Neil is the most honest mechanic I've ever known. It is refreshing that you know you are dealing with someone who doesn't lie. He is very knowledgeable and he always hires mechanics who are as knowledgeable and professional as himself.Every body in this shop knows what they are doing and i personally with confidence recomend them to anybody who needs their services. Of course if you are lucky to get an appointment from them.

Neil is an excellent mechanic who is both honest and reliable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain the process for the repair to me in an easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this shop if you need repairs or maintenance.

I've been coming to this place for years. They have never let me down. I came here thanks to the good advise of a friend who knows all about repair shops and mechanics. He does buy and sell cars for a living. And he always sends me to the best ones. So he sent me here and I've been coming ever since. No problems, decent price, good attention/service, relatively fast. I even tried other places to compare them all and I always fall back here. No complains at all, I'm very happy with my experiences I've had here for about 10 years.* Hateful comments with the intention to miss inform or bring down the reputation of a business is against policy for local guides.I don't agree with what is said negatively about this business on another comment or review and it's my duty to report it. It's the right thing to do.

I have nothing but great things to say about NR Auto! The owner (Neil), is so friendly and is also a very experienced mechanic. I have been coming here for oil changes and repairs/maintenance for years, and Neil has always been able to accommodate my schedule. The prices are way more reasonable than anywhere else I've been - highly recommend!
