I can't explain the tremendous benefit to mental and physical health when utilizing these meditations on a regular basis. It is definitely worth trying!

I attended My Wellness Euphoria's in person classes prior to the pandemic. It was a serene and calm environment. The instructor went out of her way for me to feel comfortable and welcomed. She had a wealth of knowledge and a ton of advice to offer newbies to meditation like myself to help deepen our practice. I enjoyed it so much I brought my dad back with me and he loved it too. Now that My Wellness Euphoria has an online streaming platform, being able to access high quality meditation content to help cope with stress is a blessing! Highly recommend.

I used to go to Wellness Euphoria when they were open before Covid and I highly enjoyed the meditations there. They were geared toward people who want to pick up meditation and learn more about it so it was perfect for me. Their meditations ran from 45 min to a bit over an hour back then.Since Covid they launched an online website and an App throught Kajabi and I have been enjoying it for a year now.In addition to short and long meditations there are videos packed with informations and documents made available for personal growth all available throught a subscription model.I highly enjoy the array of ever growing tools and new meditations that are added into the service so I can keep enjoying my practice and get bonus stuff added as the year goes.I've used Headspace and Calm before. This is a bit different and add a personal touch to it, which I like.

I was always skeptical about meditation until Linnea came over for a private session. Linnea was very professional. After a session I never so felt calm and relaxed. Now I use her meditation on an everyday basis. Thank you so much for teaching me about meditation. I would recommend Linnea to anyone who needs meditation
