We had to make a stop on this location before heading back to Vancouver and Nelson the staff who was working today went above our expectation even his working solo at the front at that time he exceeded our expectation he is a great kid with an excellent customer service wishing all tim hortons locations has someone like Nelson.

Staff is polite, service is slow. They've screwed up my order several times but they're always good about replacing it.EDIT: It keeps getting worse every week. The staff does not seem to know that wraps are supposed to have at least one closed end so you can eat it with your hands. I have had to request tortillas for field repairs on three consecutive visits now.

Not great today. Sandwich was munched. Wedgies were stoned cold sitting on outside rack too long. Way better locations than this one.

For 6 people working behind counter they are very slow,I waited 10-12 min for my order and it wasn't even what i ordered? But took it anyways because i was in a hurry,then there were junkies sleeping at the tables and smoking their crack pipe right outside the door bugging me for change,I'll never go back to that location

Not a great experience at this location. We ordered our drinks and breakfast sandwiches - no complaints there. Then we were sitting and waiting for our order, multiple people also had ordered and were waiting. There was a couple people behind the cash, and then one guy doing something with Timbits. There was no one at the station making food - mind you this was around 9:30am on a Tuesday morning. Finally I asked the girl at the cash, she looked around (don’t know how she wouldn’t have realized no one was there) and went to the back to grab someone.A guy came out (with gloves already on) and proceeded to start quickly making the orders. Who knows what he was doing in the back… his gloves should’ve been changed as soon as he came out. Didn’t even get a chance to say anything since he was quickly moving to try and help the backlog of orders. I was definitely turned off…would not return to this location.

Got order wrong multiple times even though it was simple. Very slow and seemingly nonchalant. Not one to write reviews but felt like I had to after that.

Staff aren't very good. They don't understand how to do their job. Ordering your food should be easy, right? No. I had to explain to the staff how to do the simple task of listening for what I want and getting what I want. Shouldn't be that hard, but none of the staff seemed to understand what you do when you work at a Tim Hortons.

Wow has this location ever gone down hill. Needs some major maintenance, overhaul. Door on the side was busted as well. Friendly good service though

Very busy all the time. Washrooms were very dirty not impressed with that. But coffee was hot and had pretty much all of their regular treats and eats. There was a line up to get inside but it went by pretty quick. I was able to find a seat to eat my meal and have my coffee.

Extremly rude staff, order was incorrect with simple instructions.They have 2 bathrooms but refuse paying customers to use the family bathroom if they are cleaning the Male/Female bathroom, what a joke.People picking through the garbage from their bins at the front door & they just stand and watch.More interested in chatting with each other or playing on their phones then doing the job my money is paying them for.Definitly won’t waste my money there again.
